Megan Richards Bob has extensive experience in the field of education and literacy. Megan started their career at Granville County Schools in 2008 as an ESL teacher. In 2009, they became a Literacy AmeriCorps Member at Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition. Megan then joined the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County in 2010, where they held various roles including Workplace and Community Education Coordinator, Village Readers Family Education Program Coordinator, and Village Readers Family Education Program Manager. In their most recent role as Director of Education and Family Literacy, they oversaw multiple family literacy and afterschool programs, as well as serving as a community volunteer tutor trainer.
Megan Richards Bob has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Megan later pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Reading Education & Teaching English as a Second Language at the same university, completing it in 2008.
