Victoria Farestad is an experienced education professional with a diverse background in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and teaching. Currently serving as a Talent Associate at KIPP Colorado Public Schools, Victoria has also held roles such as Curriculum Developer at Literacy Design Collaborative and Science Teacher, Mentor, Coach, and Building Team Lead at Park County School District No. RE-2. Additional experience includes working as a Curriculum Consultant at Wayfinder and as an instructional coach and science teacher at Denver Public Schools. Victoria's early career includes significant contributions as a Corps Member, Onboarding Coordinator, and Conference Presenter with Teach For America and various roles with the Peace Corps. Holding a certification in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Denver and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado Denver, Victoria also possesses a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
