Hannah Gerbeschacht has had a diverse range of experiences in the field of education and community programs. Hannah started their career at Avalon English in 2014, where they served as the Head English as a Foreign Language Instructor. In 2015, Hannah joined Literacy Pittsburgh as an English as a Second Language Instructor (Compass AmeriCorps Member). Hannah then progressed to the role of Program Coordinator at Literacy Pittsburgh in 2017, where they were responsible for coordinating various programs. Currently, Hannah serves as the Director of Volunteer and Community Programs at Literacy Pittsburgh, leading a team and overseeing partnerships with community organizations for better educational opportunities.

Hannah Gerbeschacht attended Point Park University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies. In addition, they received certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the TEFL Institute in July 2012.
