Sergei Bachtin has a long history of working in the digital media and advertising industry. Sergei began their career in 2000 as a Sales Associate at Stax Super Stores, where they focused on selling office and home equipment. Sergei then progressed to Sales Department Manager in the same company, where they managed and maintained the Business Machines Department. In 2005, they moved to MarketSource as an Account Sales Representative, where they focused on selling Hewlett Packard products. In 2010, they joined Conde Nast as a Digital Sales Associate, and progressed to Digital Sales Planner and Ad Operations Analyst. In 2012, they moved to The Wall Street Journal as an Ad Operations Campaign Manager, and in 2013 they joined Dominion Enterprises as an Inventory and Planning Manager. In 2014, they joined The Economist as a Global Advertising Operations Manager, and progressed to Director, Global Advertising Operations, Director, Global Revenue Operations, and Senior Director, Global Revenue Operations. In 2022, they joined Literally Media as Head of Revenue Operations.
