Tomas Zimnickas

Tomas Zimnickas has a diverse work experience that spans across different roles and industries. Tomas started their career as an Electrician at UAB "Kauno Vandenys" in 2015 and worked there until 2018. Following that, they joined UAB "Tenko Baltic" as a Service Engineer from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, Tomas also worked as an Assistant at Kaunas University of Technology until 2021. Currently, they are employed at Litgrid AB, where they started as an Analyst in 2019 and now holds the position of Head of Data Management group from 2023.

Tomas Zimnickas has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology, which they obtained from 2017 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Power systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Renewable energy engineering, both from Kaunas University of Technology from 2015 to 2017 and 2011 to 2015 respectively. Tomas also attended Šiaulių Juliaus Janonio gimnazija from 2008 to 2011 for their high school education.
