Christian Normand

Vice-president And Chief Technology Officer at Lithion Recycling Inc.

Christian Normand has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christian currently holds the position of Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer at Lithion Recycling Inc. since March 2020. Before that, they worked at Oerlikon from February 2017 to March 2020 as the R&D Special Projects and Process Technology Manager. From July 2015 to February 2017, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Recentis Advanced Materials Canada. Prior to that, they held the role of CEO at Recentis Advanced Materials Canada from May 2009 to July 2015. Christian started their career at Seneca experts-conseils inc. as a Senior Process Engineer from 2007 to 2009. Christian also worked at Tekna Plasma Systems Inc. as a Process Engineer and R&D Director from 1997 to 2004.

Christian Normand obtained their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Thermal Plasma from the Université de Sherbrooke. Christian pursued this degree between 1991 and 1995.
