Carissa Foster

Carissa Foster has an extensive background in customer success and management roles. Currently, Carissa serves as the ELM Practice Manager at Litify, overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers. Carissa also has experience working in various customer success and consultant roles at companies like Navisite, Cloud Sherpas, NxStage Medical, and more. Carissa holds a Master of Arts degree in Gastronomy & Food Studies from Boston University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Cleveland State University.
