Jason Kennedy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and trial law. As a Shareholder and Partner at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney since 1996, Jason plays a key role on the Firm's Hiring Committee and Diversity and Inclusion Committees. Previously, Jason served as Chairman of the Toxic Tort Practice Group and a Member of the Executive Committee from 2012 to 2019. Additionally, Jason is a Fellow of both the Litigation Counsel of America and IINREEL, recognized for exceptional qualifications in trial advocacy. Early career experiences include roles as a Clerk to the Prosecutor at the Monroe County, Indiana Prosecutor's Office, a Criminal Appeals Clerk for the Cook County State's Attorney, and various others in teaching and business ownership. Jason holds a Juris Doctor degree from Full Stack Squad and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
