Annie Diep has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they served as Vice President of Executive Affairs and Freshman Student Engineering Council Representative for the Society of Women Engineers. In 2012, they were a United States- Hardware Test Engineer Coop for Cisco Systems. In 2013, they were a Business Technology Analyst for J.P. Morgan, where they designed and developed a tool to increase internal team productivity. In 2014, they were a Labs Intern for BP3 Global, where they conducted user research and testing and designed and developed a MVP BPM Monitoring System. In 2015, they were a Tech Consultant for BP3 Global, where they focused on B2B work and streamlined proprietary UI and interactions. In 2019, they were a User Experience Designer for Anniediep.design, where they conducted user research, identified user insights, and tested user flows. In 2020, they were a UX/UI Designer for b.well Connected Health, where they focused on Medical Record Connections and Health Summary experiences, identified UX patterns, and created a scaleable Design System. In 2021, they are a UX/UI Designer and Design Owner for LitLingo.

Annie Diep attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2019, they attended a UX/UI Bootcamp at The University of Texas at Austin. In February 2021, they obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Web Accessibility from edX.
