Travis Bale, MBA has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Travis currently works as a Software Engineer at Litmus Automation, where they contribute to the development of the LoopEdge, an edge-level gateway device for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. Prior to this, Travis served as a Technical Solutions Lead at GHD Digital, leading a team of Vue.js developers to improve the performance and architecture of a large project. Travis also worked at Payworks Payroll Services Canada, where they held various roles including Development Team Lead, Technical Development Lead, and Systems Developer. Additionally, Travis gained experience as a Firmware Developer at Price Electronics Manufacturing and as a Full Stack Web Developer at Rental Rat Race. Travis's work history showcases their expertise in software development, leadership, and their ability to adapt to different industries.

Travis Bale, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Manitoba from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the same institution, studying from 2008 to 2013.
