Lauren Smith is the VP of Acquisition & Customer Marketing at Litmus. Lauren has over ten years of experience in marketing and has held senior positions at Ipswitch, Inc. and Providence College. Lauren is responsible for social media platforms, press relations, content creation, lead generation, marketing communications, and campaign analysis. Lauren is a proven marketer with a track record of success in executing marketing initiatives that generate results.

Lauren Smith attended Providence College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Writing. Lauren also holds certifications from Zakem Coaching + Consulting in Courageous Communicator and ManagerBASICS, as well as from Intelligent.ly in their Intelligent.ly Exchange Program. In addition, Lauren has completed the Dale Carnegie Training Step Up to Leadership program, and they are certified by MECLABS in their MarketingExperiments Certification Course in Email Messaging.
