Kanchana Amarasinghe

Kanchana Amarasinghe is currently the Human Resources Manager at Litro Gas Lanka Limited, where Kanchana started as a HR Analyst and was later promoted to Assistant Manager - HR. Prior to this, Kanchana worked as a Coordinator/ Research Assistant at the Ministry of Finance and Planning, and as an Internship Trainee at the Ministry of External Affairs. Kanchana holds a Master's degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Colombo, as well as various professional certifications in HR management from Australian HR Institute and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. Kanchana also has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Colombo.
