Elise Folk

Elise Folk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elise is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Littera Education since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a 4th Grade AT at Hackley School from August 2021 to April 2022. Elise also served as an Instructor for Fundamentals of Management at Augusta University from January 2019 to August 2021. Elise worked at Episcopal Day School, Augusta GA from January 2021 to July 2021 as a 5th and 6th Grade English Teacher and as the Director of Auxiliary Programs from August 2015 to July 2021. Elise was previously a Business Operations Manager at KIPP Metro Atlanta from June 2013 to February 2015. Additionally, they held the role of Program Manager at Reasoning Mind from June 2012 to May 2013. Elise gained experience as a Graduate Assistant at Vanderbilt University from August 2011 to June 2012. Elise also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Frist Center for the Visual Arts from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, Elise had a research internship as a Domestic Research Intern at Sesame Workshop.

Elise Folk obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Augusta University in the years 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Learning and Development from Vanderbilt University from 2010 to 2012.

Elise Folk completed their undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Child Studies and Sociology. Additionally, they briefly attended the University of Canterbury in 2007, where they studied Sociology and English.

In terms of additional certifications, Elise obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager certification from The Success League in September 2022. Elise also holds various instructional design certifications, including Instructional Design: Needs Analysis from LinkedIn in June 2020, and Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID from LinkedIn in July 2019. Furthermore, they completed a certification course on The Neuroscience of Learning from LinkedIn in July 2019.
