Chiara Sivieri

Chiara Sivieri has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Chiara is currently working at Lifeed as a Customer Executive and Head of Customer Success. Prior to this, they held the role of Executive Advisor at Lifeed, where they were responsible for enterprise advisory on People Caring and Learning & Development. In addition to their current role, Chiara is also the Founder of Abacorn, where they focus on innovative approaches to people development and realization. Chiara is also a Professional Philosophical Counselor at Abacorn.

Before their current roles, Chiara worked as a Professor-Trainer at ISFiPP and as a Philosophical Counselor and Consultant. Chiara also has experience in the tech industry, having worked at LinkedIn as a Senior Account Director, Enterprise Relationship Manager, and D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) Lead for Italy and EMEA & LATAM. Then, in 2016 to 2018, they furthered their education by studying Philosophical Counseling & Practices at ISFiPP. During the same period, they also engaged in the field of Philosophical consultation, Critical Thinking & Philosophical Practices at the Institut of Philosophical Practices. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2006, they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Philosophy of Science from Università degli Studi di Milano. Additionally, Chiara has obtained certifications in Conscious Business and Rock Your LinkedIn Profile from LinkedIn, in May 2020.
