Mai Fahmy

Mai Fahmy, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Fordham University since August 2016, where previous roles included PhD Candidate in Ecology & Evolution and Graduate Teaching Fellow. Concurrently, Mai Fahmy serves as a Senior Research Manager at Litterati, a position held since August 2022, and is an active member of The Explorers Club since September 2020. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at Stony Brook University from September 2013 to August 2016, focusing on ecotoxicology assessments and data collection. Mai Fahmy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ecosystems and Human Impact from Stony Brook University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biology from Fordham University, along with an affiliation as a Researcher with the American Museum of Natural History from 2017 to 2022.
