Peter Kariuki currently serves as the Head of Customer Success Management at Little Ride, a leading taxi-hailing app in Kenya, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on the success and retention of corporate clients, including major companies such as Safaricom and the Kenya Revenue Authority. Prior experience includes roles as a Relationship Manager at Home Afrika Limited, a Team Leader in Sales at Property Reality Ltd, a Sales & Projects Coordinator at Blueberries Procurement LLC, and an Operations Coordinator at Budget Rent A Car LLC in the UAE. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from National American University and a Diploma in Oracle DBA from New Horizon College Kenya.
