Angela Alvarez Lorza

Angela Alvarez Lorza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Angela is currently working as a Customer Engagement Manager at LittleBig Connection since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Life Coach at Coaching starting from March 2017.

Angela also has experience working at HP as a Customer Touch Project Coordinator from May 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they were a CS Team Manager at HomeServe España from October 2019 to February 2021, where they managed a front office team and ensured call quality control.

Angela has also worked at The NLP Academy since January 2012 in various roles. This includes being a Simultaneous Interpretation specialist for NLP and Language courses until June 2020, where they provided interpretation services and translated official communications. Angela also worked as an Assistant Trainer, Coach, and Mentor from March 2010 to June 2020.

In addition, Angela has worked at SELLBYTEL Group Spain as a G.H.C. Project Team Leader/Quality Manager from November 2017 to October 2019. Here they supervised teams and ensured agents reached set KPIs through coaching and training.

Other work experiences include working as a Product Consultant at Agility PR Solutions from May 2015 to March 2017, a Coaching and Development Coordinator/Complaints Coordinator at Choice Hotels International from September 2013 to July 2014, and a Co-founder/Trainer Specialist/Life Coach at International Training Seminars from April 2010 to August 2013.

Finally, Angela also worked as a Multilingual Customer Service Agent at Viator from April 2012 to September 2012.

Angela Alvarez Lorza has a diverse education history. Angela started their academic journey in 2006 at St Louis High School, where they completed their Irish Leaving Certificate in 2008. In 2009, they attended the Talent Institut and obtained certifications as a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) and a Practitioner of NLP. The same year, they also attended the Traç school for educators for leisure time and earned a certification as a certified monitor/camp counselor for leisure in the field of pedagogy.

In 2010, Angela studied at the NLP Academy, where they completed the Trainers Training Certification of NLP and obtained knowledge in neuro-linguistic programming. Additionally, they attended the Academy of Wealth and Achievement and completed a course in Coaching and Wealth Achievement.

In 2011, Angela continued their education at the NLP Academy and received certifications in the New Code Trainers Training Certification (Neuro-linguistic programming) and Ericksonian Hypnosis practitioner. In 2012, they enrolled in the Ealing Hammersmith & West London College, where they pursued a CIPD Qualification with a focus on Learning & Development Practice. During the same year, they also attended Westminster Kingsway College and completed the PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) course.

Angela's academic journey led their to Royal Holloway, University of London, where they obtained a BSc in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from 2012 to 2017. In 2013, they further expanded their education at The Open College and completed the Train the Trainer program in the field of education.

In terms of additional certifications, Angela obtained a Creating a Responsive HTML Email certification from lynda.com in July 2015, and an HTML Essential Training certification from the same institution in June 2015.
