Ja'Lah Willingham

Ja'Lah Willingham is an accomplished executive director currently leading Little Brothers Friends of The Elderly in Cincinnati, where the organization focuses on alleviating isolation and loneliness among the elderly through volunteer engagement. Previously, Ja'Lah served as Volunteer Engagement Manager at Meals on Wheels of Southwest Ohio & Northern Kentucky, contributing to essential services for seniors. Experience also includes roles as Executive Administrative Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator at Wesley Community Services Organization, as well as positions at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati and Public Allies. Ja'Lah is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Xavier University, having already earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the same institution. Ja'Lah holds a high school diploma from Withrow University High School.
