Andrew Feghali

Andrew Feghali is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the franchise industry. As the 1st Franchisee of Dave's Hot Chicken since May 2020, Andrew has been instrumental in operating and developing locations across the United States. Additionally, Andrew has served as the CEO of AMF Restaurants, a significant franchisee of Little Caesars Pizza, since August 2009, where a successful turnaround of underperforming units led to the growth of one of the largest franchise groups in the country. Involved in advisory and consulting roles, Andrew has contributed to organizations such as LANDED and Sage Executive Group, and is a member of YPO. Andrew’s earlier career includes a role as District Manager at Frito Lay, managing significant sales and operations. Andrew holds a Master of Science from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences.
