Courtney Hodare

Courtney Hodare has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Courtney started their career at Enterprise Rent-a-Car as a Branch Manager, where they focused on daily operations and business development. Courtney then moved on to work at Ajilon Professional Staffing as a Recruiter before joining Little Caesars Pizza. At Little Caesars, they held various positions including Talent Manager, Talent Director, and Director of Talent Acquisition & Culture. In their roles at Little Caesars, they led global talent acquisition, developed recruitment strategies, facilitated training, and implemented colleague engagement initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, HR Operations at Little Caesars Pizza.
