Joseph Stephan

Joseph Stephan, PMP, SSMB, Scrum Master, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Joseph'scareer began in 2002 as an Operations Manager at Creative Credit Solutions LLC, where they managed collection and legal staff and developed an outsourcing company in India. From 2006 to 2013, they held multiple roles at Asset Acceptance, including Manager of Strategic Collection Operations and Project Manager, overseeing workforce planning, collection strategies, and project implementation.
