Kerry Walters has a strong background in the food industry and operations management. Starting in 1992, they served as an Aircraft Mechanic in the United States Navy for four years. Afterward, they worked as a Director of Operations for Cicis Pizza dba Tomlinson Ent from 1998 to 2005. During this time, they oversaw the overall operations of the company. Kerry then became a Franchise Owner for Cicis Pizza DBA Liberty Pizza, where they turned store operations and sales around from 800K to over 1.2M in two years. From 2007 to 2011, they also served as a Franchise Owner for Cicis Pizza DBA Faithful Pizza. Kerry joined Little Caesars Pizza in 2012 and held various positions, including General Manager, Area Supervisor, and Recruiter/Trainer. Kerry then became the Director of Operations for 83 stores in the Houston DMA in 2016, managing a team of employees and overseeing various operational aspects. From 2020 to 2022, Kerry served as the Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for directing a team of Directors, maintaining profitability, and boosting sales. As of 2022, they currently hold the role of National Director of Operations at Little Caesars Pizza.
