Scott Fleck

Scott Fleck has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Scott is currently the Global Director of eCommerce Software Engineering at Little Caesars Pizza, where they lead the development strategies for mobile and web applications. Prior to this, they were the Director of Application Engineering and Manager of Digital Applications at the same company, where they pioneered eCommerce solutions and managed a team of web developers.

Before joining Little Caesars Pizza, Scott worked as a Software Manager at Reply, where they directed a strategic initiative for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and managed customer engagement and project scopes. Scott also has experience as an IT Consultant/Project Manager at Trillium Works, LLC.

Scott is a co-founder of Argus Farm Stop, where they contributed to growing Ann Arbor's local food ecosystem. Scott also worked as a Technology Manager at FordDirect, a Technical Project Manager at Caterpillar Inc., a User Experience Designer at Menlo Innovations, and an IT Manager at Caterpillar Inc.

Additionally, Scott served as an Implementation Manager & Software Developer at Plex Systems, Inc., where they managed customer accounts and delivered web-based software solutions. Scott also worked at GKN Powder Metallurgy, where they played key roles in business systems development, product and process development, and acquisitions/operations project management.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and technical skills, driving process improvements and delivering quality software solutions.

Scott Fleck holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of British Columbia, which they earned between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completing their studies from 1988 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, Scott has also acquired several certifications, including Google Tag Manager Fundamentals from Google in December 2019, AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services in June 2015, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in May 2015.
