Elizabeth Graf

Elizabeth Graf currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Safety at Little Giant Ladder Systems, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as a Human Resources Supervisor at The Road Home from September 2020 to September 2022, focusing on recruitment, training, and benefits administration. Additional experience includes serving as a Corporate Trainer at Megaplex Theatres from November 2016 to November 2020, where expertise in both in-person and e-training was developed. Early career experience encompasses roles in production and as an operations assistant at St. George Steel from May 2004 to November 2016, where Elizabeth implemented a Document Control System for ISO certification. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, completed in 2022 and 2020, respectively.
