Christopher Sawyer

Christopher Sawyer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of HR Operations at Little Leaf Farms, a leader in sustainable packaged lettuce production. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Advantage Solutions, where responsibilities included establishing a robust HR Operations organization to enhance service delivery. Christopher's experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources for ISS Facility Services - North America, leading HR business partners across various corporate functions, and holding senior HR roles with ISS Guckenheimer and McDonald's, where skills in talent acquisition and full-cycle HR services were developed. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Geneva College, along with a certificate in Network Administration.
