James Farrell IV

James Farrell IV is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management within the agricultural and produce industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Little Leaf Farms since February 2023, James previously held the position of Vice President of National Operations at Soli Organic from May 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, James was the Vice President of Regional Operations at Shenandoah Growers, Inc. from November 2016 to May 2021 and operated as Operations Manager at Cavalier Produce between July 2015 and November 2016. James also contributed as a Founding Member at JL Imports, LLC from August 2012 to July 2015 and spent over two decades at Coosemans DC, Inc., where the role as Director of Operations spanned from May 1990 to July 2015.
