Edward Moran

Edward Moran has extensive experience in project and program management within both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Program Project Management Specialist for the State of Delaware since March 2017, Edward previously held various roles, including Umpire and Delaware District 1 Chief for Little League International and General Manager of Operations at Jonny Nichols Landscape Maintenance. Earlier career highlights include Hangar Operations Manager at Summit Aviation and Program Manager at PATS Aircraft, LLC, overseeing complex aviation projects. Edward is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where the focus was on avionics technology. Edward possesses a Masters Certificate in Program Management from Villanova University.
