Misty Strader, MHA has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Misty currently holds the position of Vice President Talent Acquisition at Little Leaves Behavioral Services since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Key Autism Services from November 2021 to August 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Misty served as the Talent Acquisition Director at Genesis, where they also held roles as Division Team Lead for the East & Northeast region and Regional Clinical Recruiter from 2016 to 2019.

Before joining Genesis, Misty worked as the Director of Admissions at HCR ManorCare in 2006-2007, overseeing the admission process and managing census growth and bed management. Misty also served as the Community Relations Manager at AMFM, Inc. from 2004 to 2006, where they were responsible for maintaining community relations.

Misty's earlier work experience includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at West Virginia State University in 2004 and as an Account Executive at Elite Home Health Agency, Inc. and Charleston Area Medical Center in 2004. Misty also worked as an Account Executive at WCHS-TV in 2001 and as the Education & Communication Coordinator at WVHTC Foundation from 1997 to 2000.

Misty Strader, MHA, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Care Administration, which they obtained from Marshall University between the years 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations at West Virginia University from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their academic achievements, Misty Strader has obtained several certifications. Misty is a certified recruiter (RACR) from the Recruiter Academy, earning this certification in December 2019. Misty also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in Healthcare Improvement, which they received from the Lean Six Sigma Group in October 2019.
