Alison Lord, LCSW

Alison Lord, LCSW has worked in the social work field since 1999. Alison began their career as a Social Work Intern at Hillside Family of Agencies in 1999, followed by a Counselor role at The Center for Youth Services, Inc. in 2000. In 2002, they were a Social Work Intern at Inwood House. From 2003-2005, they were a Social Worker at The Children's Law Center, followed by a Child Therapist role at Safe Space NYC - Seen & Heard Program from 2005-2008. In 2008, they were a Child Development Specialist at Safe Space NYC - Healthy Families. From 2009-2015, they held roles as Manager - Clinical Services and Clinical Supervisor at Steps To End Family Violence. From 2015-2021, they were the Executive Director - NYC Family Justice Center and Deputy Director - NYC Family Justice Center at the NYC Mayor's Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence. Most recently, they have been the Director of Advocacy Services at Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester since 2021, and is currently a Clinical Manager and Therapist at Little Otter.

Alison Lord, LCSW has a comprehensive educational history. Alison holds a MSW in Clinical Social Work from New York University and a BSW in Social Work & Dance from SUNY Brockport.
