Casimir Guilavogui

Casimir Guilavogui, MBA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Labor Relations Manager at Little Rapids Corporation since April 2024. Previously, Casimir held the position of Human Resources Manager at Greater Omaha Packing Co., Inc. from May 2021 to April 2024, overseeing human resources functions for both Greater Omaha and Progressive Protein. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior HR Generalist at HyLife and as a Human Resources Business Partner and Assistant Manager Human Resources at JBS, managing HR functions at a pork processing plant in Beardstown, IL. Casimir began the career in human resources as an HR/Payroll lead, focusing on employee onboarding and payroll processes. Earlier military experience includes serving as a Unit Supply Specialist in the US Army from May 2016 to January 2018. Casimir holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Mary and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Finance and French from Western Illinois University.
