Rhonda Patrick-Sison, PHR has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Rhonda is currently the Human Resources Director at Little Sisters of the Poor, where they oversee various HR department activities including recruitment, payroll administration, benefits and compensation, employee relations, and policy development. Prior to this, Rhonda worked as a Human Resources Consultant, providing expertise in HR programs and employment law to senior management and staff. Rhonda has also held positions as the Director of Human Resources at Alden Management Services and as the VP & Director of Human Resources at Financial Relations Board, where they managed HR duties and provided counsel to senior executives.

Rhonda Patrick-Sison has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 1982, they started their education journey at City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Afterward, they pursued further education in Human Resources Management and Services. In an undetermined timeframe, Rhonda attended the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) to enhance their knowledge in this field. In 2016, they enrolled at Women Helping Women, focusing on Microsoft Office, Entrepreneurship, and Quickbooks. Later, in 2019, Rhonda pursued a PHR Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Brandman University. Additionally, Rhonda has obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in June 2019.
