Mel Martz

Mel began working for Little Sunshine’s Playhouse in March of 2017. She quickly fell in love with LSP’s culture and mission. In March of 2019 she was promoted to Director of Operations where she oversaw all systems and daily operations at the school level and manages all new school development. She provided resources to each operational and pre-operational school and ensured systems are being run correctly and efficiently.

As the Director of Expansion, Mel manages the operational side of schools in development.
