Henry Weiss

Henry Weiss is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in managing residential and commercial properties at Joseph Property Development since 2017. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, overseeing apartment turnovers, maintaining tenant relationships, and coordinating contractor services. In addition, Henry has a background in skiing, serving as a ski instructor at Little Switzerland Ski Hill and as the Head Ski Racing Coach for Homestead High School. Previous roles also include an operations internship at Jiberish and assistant facilities management at Joseph Property Development, where management of multiple properties was paramount. Henry holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
