Tareq Elayyan

Tareq Elayyan has worked in the software engineering industry since 2007. Tareq started their career as a PHP Developer at Batelco Jordan and then moved to Next Generation Technology - NGT, where they worked on the biggest SMS projects in Jordan. In 2008, they joined Info2cell - Acotel Middle East (VAS) as a Software Developer, where they created and supervised the creation of applications and followed up on the development process with the Support department. In 2009, they joined Rawafed - Acotel Middle East (VAS) as a Senior Software Developer, where they managed the development work in Riyadh and supervised the daily activities and tasks of development between Riyadh and Amman. In 2014, they were appointed as Software Development Team Lead at Info2cell, where they were responsible for coding, task distribution, progress monitoring, and code review. In 2016, they joined Vardot as Director of Software Engineering and Software Development Manager, where they were responsible for supporting recruitment, setting objectives and key results, and supervising the training and development of software engineering staff. In 2022, they were appointed as Director of Software Engineering at Little Thinking Minds.

Tareq Elayyan obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Al-Balqa' Applied University BAU in 2007, majoring in Computer Information System and Information Technology. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Project Management in Practice from the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET).
