Rachael Peoples

Rachael Peoples is an experienced professional in the fields of behavior analysis and child care. Currently serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and RBT at ABS Kids since August 2019, Rachael has demonstrated expertise in behavior management. In addition, Rachael has worked at Little Wonders Child Care and Learning Center since May 2015, where responsibilities include organizing lesson plans and creating a structured environment for children of various ages. Rachael previously held roles as a Library Assistant at William Peace University and Director at Little Wonders Child Care Center, focusing on providing a safe environment for children while managing daily operations. As a Research Intern for the NC Council for Women, Rachael conducted research related to domestic violence and human trafficking. Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from National University and a bachelor's degree from William Peace University.
