Courtney Hagen

Courtney Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Courtney started their career at Renaissance Worldwide as a Consultant from 1996 to 1999. Courtney then worked at Bridge Strategy Group as a Consultant from 1999 to 2002. Following that, they served as the Director of Strategic Alliances at American Express from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they became a Founding Partner at Beldon Partners LLC for a brief period before joining Russell Reynolds Associates as an Executive Search and Assessment Professional from 2006 to 2010. At PepsiCo, Courtney held the position of Vice President, Executive Staffing, where they led global executive search and professional marketing recruiting from 2010 to 2015. Courtney then became the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, North America at LVMH from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are the Chief Talent Officer at Littlejohn & Co and a Member of the Board of Directors at ExecThread, both starting in 2018.

Courtney Hagen obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English from Wellesley College between 1991 and 1995. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued an MBA degree with a concentration in Marketing and Management at Columbia Business School from 2002 to 2003.
