Nicole Monnichmeyer

Nicole Monnichmeyer has extensive work experience in the executive search and human resources field within the private equity industry. Nicole most recently served as Vice President of Human Capital at Littlejohn & Co, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at Tenex Capital Management from January 2022 to August 2022. From October 2017 to January 2022, they worked as an Executive Search professional at Sun Capital Partners, Inc., specializing in portfolio HR business partnering. Before that, they held roles as a Senior Consultant in executive search at TRANSEARCH and Amrop - Seeliger y Conde, where they focused on building and expanding their operations. Nicole began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Nason & Nason Executive Search, where they specialized in financial services recruitment and successfully acquired major global financial institutions as clients.

Nicole Monnichmeyer's education history includes attending Northern Arizona University at the W.A. Franke College of Business, School of Hotel & Restaurant Management. While at this university, they pursued a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Additionally, Nicole has taken additional seminars to enhance their skills and knowledge.
