Jennifer Bonesteel has over 16 years of work experience in business development, customer success, and marketing. Jennifer started their career as an Account Executive at Fleishman-Hillard in 2005. In 2008, they joined McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and held various roles, including Business Development Coordinator and Marketing & Business Development Manager-Government Contracts practice. Since 2014, Jennifer has been working at Littler, where they have served as the Manager, Regional Business Development, Manager-Customer Success, and Senior Manager - Customer Success. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at Littler, leading a team of Business Development Managers and the Customer Success team. Jennifer'sresponsibilities include proactive client development, revenue generation, strategic planning, client satisfaction, and retention.
Jennifer Bonesteel attended UC Santa Barbara from 1997 to 1999 and obtained a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Southern Methodist University, studying Political Science. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained certifications including being a Certified Graduate of the Business Development Institute from The Ackert Advisory in 2016 and a Legal Lean Sigma - White Belt from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute in the same year.
