Joshua B. Waxman

Josh Waxman currently serves as Office Managing Shareholder at Littler Mendelson, the largest global employment and labor law practice, since September 2011. With a focus on representing management in various aspects of employment and labor law, Littler has a strong reputation for litigation, mediation, and negotiation in influential cases and contracts. Prior to joining Littler, Josh Waxman was a Partner in the Labor and Employment Section at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from October 2003 to September 2011, and before that, an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 1998 to 2003. Josh Waxman earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Government from Georgetown University.
