Kimberly A. Yates

Kimberly Yates is a seasoned litigator and counselor with extensive experience in employment law, currently serving as a Shareholder at Littler Mendelson since January 2008. In addition to representing clients in employment litigation, Kimberly leads the Littler onDemand Program, an innovative, technology-driven platform, and directs the Littler CaseSmart Program, which addresses agency charges and pre-litigation matters. Prior to joining Littler, Kimberly was an Associate at Thompson Coburn LLP, focusing on employment and business litigation, and worked at Procter & Gamble in management roles as an Account Manager and Human Resources Executive. Kimberly Yates holds a JD from the University of Missouri - School of Law and a BA in Sociology and Religious Studies from the University of Missouri.
