Lance Bowling

Lance Bowling currently serves as Senior Counsel at Littler, focusing on labor arbitrations and traditional labor litigation. Previously, Lance held the position of Assistant General Counsel for Labor & Employment at Hertz, where a corporate labor strategy was developed and numerous labor agreements were negotiated. Prior roles include Managing Member of The Bowling Firm, PLLC, HR Director and Head of Labor Relations at Entergy, and Sr. Associate General Counsel for Global Labor & Employment at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company. Earlier in the career, Lance served as Counsel for Labor & Employment at ExxonMobil, Senior Counsel for Global Labor & Employment at Dresser-Rand, and Sr. Corp. Counsel for Labor & Employment at Dynegy. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
