Pamela Woodside

Pamela Woodside is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law, litigation, and dispute resolution. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Littler since September 2023, Pamela previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Dollar Tree Stores, where responsibilities included managing complex employment litigation and providing legal counsel on a broad range of employment law issues. With a notable background as a Partner at Thompson Coe & O'Meara LLP and other firms, Pamela has successfully defended clients in high-stakes cases involving sexual harassment, discrimination, and professional liability. An expert in drafting legal documents and managing investigations, Pamela also possesses strong skills in training and advising corporations on human resources policies.
