Carrie Spector

Carrie Spector has extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Carrie is currently working as HR Director and Benefits Admin at LittleStar ABA Therapy since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Beauty Consultant at Mary Kay Cosmetics since 2003. Carrie also served as the Manager of Human Resources at NineStar Connect from February 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they gained experience as HR Director at Pet Wellness Clinic from May 2018 to February 2019 and as Director of HR at Wellfount Corp. from February 2012 to May 2018. Carrie started their career at Managepoint in 2002, where they worked in various human resources roles until February 2012.

Carrie Spector received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication, Radio and Television from Indiana State University from 1993 to 1997. Carrie also obtained certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2016.
