Kristin Hustyi has a diverse work experience in the fields of healthcare and education. Kristin began their career as a Community Re-Entry Program Supervisor at the University of the Pacific in 2007 and later worked as a Behavior Consultant at both Stockton Unified School District and Santa Clara Unified School District. In 2011, they joined Stanford University School of Medicine, initially as a Clinical Research Assistant and later as the Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Program Coordinator. Kristin then transitioned to Autism Home Support Services, Inc in 2014, where they held roles as Lead BCBA and Network Director. In 2020, Kristin moved to Invo HealthCare - Progressus Therapy as the Director of Outcomes, and in 2021 they became the Vice President of Research & Development at LittleStar ABA Therapy. Kristin is currently working as an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Kristin Hustyi holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Western Michigan University from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in May 2011. Kristin also holds an OBM Specialist Certificate from ABA Technologies, Inc., which they obtained in July 2021.
