Doug Stephens

Doug Stephens began their work experience as a Police Commander at the Denver Police Department in October 1991 and held this position until May 2013. In May 2013, they joined the Littleton Police Department as the Chief of Police, a position that they currently hold.

Doug Stephens has a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Doug also holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice from the University of Wyoming, which they completed from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, they attended the FBI National Academy 231st Session in 2007. Doug Stephens has also received a certification in Organizational Culture from LinkedIn, which they obtained in February 2019.
