Andrew Murray

Andrew Murray has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Andrew worked at LIV Development as the Senior Managing Director of Development since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director of Development at LIV Development from February 2014 to August 2022. Before joining LIV Development, Andrew worked as a Development Director at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. from March 2012 to February 2014. Andrew also served as the VP of Acquisitions at Summit Housing Partners from October 2010 to March 2012. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Principal - Sales Advisory Team at Rock Apartment Advisors from August 2003 to December 2009, and as an Investment Analyst at Guilford Capital Corporation from January 2002 to August 2003.

Andrew Murray obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Birmingham-Southern College, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
