Reid Abernethy

Reid Abernethy currently serves as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Development at LIV Development since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Real Estate Equity Investments at Eagle Realty Group from November 2017 to October 2022, where leadership encompassed the Structured Equity and Asset Management teams, as well as overseeing third-party investment management. Previously, at Eagle Realty Group, Reid held roles from Assistant Vice President to Investment Analyst, and also worked as a Developer for Miller-Valentine Group focusing on mixed-use and multifamily projects. Earlier career roles include Investment Professional at Nationwide and Commercial Mortgage Analyst at Ameritas Investment Partners. Reid earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with double majors in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2003.
