Stephen Ankenbrandt

Stephen Ankenbrandt has a strong background in real estate development and investment. Stephen is currently the Managing Director of Talent Development at LIV Development, a position they have held since January 2022. Before that, they served as a Partner at LIV Apartment Partners for almost nine years, from March 2013 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were the President of Rock Apartment Advisors for ten years, from July 2003 to February 2013. Stephen began their career at Harbert Management Corporation, where they worked as a Broker in the Investment Property Division from November 2000 to July 2003.

Stephen Ankenbrandt completed their education with an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1991 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Auburn University in the years 1983 to 1987.
