William D'Armond

William D'Armond is a skilled professional with diverse experience in development, finance, and coaching. Currently serving as a Development Associate and Assistant Project Manager at LIV Development since September 2022, William previously worked at McGowin-King Mortgage, LLC as a Junior Loan Officer and Mortgage Loan Originator from October 2020 to November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Fund Manager and Chief Compliance Officer for the Samford Bulldog Fund, managing the health care sector of the university's endowment from January 2020 to October 2020. William has also volunteered as a whitewater rafting guide and coach at JH Ranch, and worked in various roles at The Home Ranch, Episcopal High School of Baton Rouge, and GMFS Partners. William holds a degree from Samford University, with additional education at Louisiana State University.
