Salma Khanam has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Salma began their professional journey in 2004 as a Dietetics specialist at an NHS Trust. In 2007, they became a Social Worker at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, and concurrently held the position of a Stop Smoking Advisor at the NHS until 2016. In 2019, Salma founded their own organization, Aishah Help, where they served as the Founder. That same year, they also joined Everyone Health - SLM as a Specialist Stop Smoking Practitioner. Additionally, in August 2019, Salma started working for Oviva as a part of the Tier 3 Adult Weight Management Programme and remained there until May 2023. Following this, in May 2023, they transitioned to Liva Healthcare, where they currently work as a Health Coach.
Salma Khanam's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled at London South Bank University. Salma completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Bioscience (Nutrition) in 2004. Following this, they pursued further education at Middlesex University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social Work.
